Open iTunes (Start, All Programs, iTunes). Click iTunes Store (left column). Click Podcasts (top left box). Click Power Search (top right box). Enter these titles in the Title search box. Hit enter or search. Once you find the particular podcast, click subscribe. All podcasts are ALWAYS FREE. Enjoy. PS–If you get an iPhone or Video iPod, you can Sync all the media in your iTunes to that particular device.
